About these terms
These terms govern the use of bespokezero.com and the enquiry and appointment services offered through it by Bespoke Zero, a brand by S.I. Makers, S.I. Makers, Commercial Street, Bengaluru, Karnataka. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
Appointment requests are not confirmed bookings
Submitting an appointment request through this website does not create a confirmed booking. An appointment is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you personally, by phone or message. Until then, no date or time is reserved.
Individual quotations
Every bespoke garment at Bespoke Zero is quoted individually after consultation. The final quotation for any commission depends on the fabric, construction and details you choose, and is always confirmed in writing before cutting begins. No payment is taken through this website.
Orders, fittings and timelines
A commission is formed only when you approve a quotation and any advance payment terms stated on your order. The number of fittings and the delivery schedule for your commission are confirmed at consultation and depend on the garment, cloth and your own availability.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Outlet timings, services and other details may change — please confirm anything important (especially before travelling) by calling or messaging us.
Intellectual property
The content and design of this website are the property of S.I. Makers and may not be reproduced without permission. Commissioned garment patterns remain the property of the house unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability arising from use of this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute connected with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
